The SPAW-RAC has a regional-level essential role to mobilize international funding organizations for the realization of Caribbean environmental protection projects. This activity axis, the search for funds and the crafting of projects, is a fundamental aspect of the RAC’s actions, just as the Protocol’s animation is.
